The aim of this research is to find out and analyze if the women media workers have problems in supplying their rights because of their sexual status or not, and if they have, what they are. In this study there has been done a research about the rights of the women who work in the media industry. In the first part of the study there has been a literature search for the woman rights in media industry, the conceptual work in that part is about the work rights of women in industries, and the problems that women face in media industry as workers. In the last part a questioner applied to 86 radio, TV and press medias woman workers in media industry. Some questions of the questioner designed in likert scale expressing the degree of the ideas, and some are opened questions. In the article there has been some determinations on the disadvantages faced by the women working in media like abuse, status/class differentiation that may have in the media industry. In the conclusion part of the study there is a discussion on the problem of the media women workers and there has been given some suggestions for the case.
