Hospitals, which have an important place in health sector in terms of human resources and social interaction, must be managed with proper administration principles. Hospitals will be able to offer a high quality service thanks to the organizational culture and organizational climate. To examine the organizational culture and organizational climate in hospitals might provide guiding points for the future studies to increase the organizational performance and productivity by means of a high quality service. The study aims at exploring the effects of the orthopedists demographical characteristics on their perceptions of the organizational culture and organizational climate. Within this frame, 487 persons participated in the study. Data got from the study have been analysed with PASW Statistic 18 packaged software. At the end of the reliability analysis, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient has been 0.934. Data obtained from the study have been analysed with descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, one way analysis of variance ANOVA, Man-Whitney-U, and Kruskal Wallis H tests. At the end of the study, it has been detected that there has been a meaningful difference in demographical variables related to organizational culture, organizational ethics, organizational risk, organizational job security, organizational reliance, organizational sharing, organizational support, and organizational demographical unity sub dimensions. Finally, it can be pointed out that to find out the demographical characteristics of the individuals and the differences in their perceptions, related to organizational culture, will play a crucial role to identify the suitable strategy and policy in organizational terms.
